With over 15 years of experience in education, research, and systems analysis, Dr. Eggleston is a rising expert in the field of power dynamics, institutional harm, and relational analysis. As the Executive Director of Research at Praxia, he brings critical insight, lived experience, and deep care to every facet of our work.
